I hate to leave this kind of review but I’m honestly really disappointed in the quality of this backpack. The first one I ordered came with a broken clip. I replaced a small piece and continued to use it. After a handful of lightly packed trips with the bag, the leather top started to come off. I emailed photos and quickly got a replacement bag at no extra charge which was phenomenal customer service. But I have yet to even use this new backpack and have the exact same issues: the clip doesn’t work properly and the leather is peeling off again. I gave one star because it looks great and I love the space in it, but I can’t really use it well when the clip keeps coming undone and has leather flopping all over the place. ETA: I chose to update my review because within two hours of writing it, I was credited for the cost of the backpack - and because every other item I’ve ordered from Seven Lions has not had this kind of quality issue. The team provides great customer service and I do appreciate the effort.
