    Horrible customer service!!!

    I went to place an order on Black Friday weekend for my son because of they were offering a promo code WORLDSAPART for 30 %off your whole order. There was a problem with the website and it would not accept the code. I placed the order anyway, and contacted the company to get an adjustment. I’ve been passed around so many times it’s not even funny!! They tell me they will take care of it, but I’ve yet to receive an adjustment it’s been almost a month! Horrible customer service. I am considering disputing this on my credit card, or sending the merchandise back!
